In 2006, Lane began her career in the professional services recruiting industry and has since built a substantial knowledge base of operations within accounting and finance, legal, IT and healthcare sectors. She is proficient in efficiently deploying systematic internal processes, support best recruiting methods and enhancing employee relations.

Lane is a cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas.  She enjoys listening to live music, staying active and spending time with her family.  Lane, with her husband and two sons, lives in Lucas.
