Trey’s experience as a top-level producer and successful manager brought forth his position with Sage Search Partners at inception.  Recently, Trey has been building companies by recruiting top talent in the industry, developing the companies culture and setting industry standards. Understanding the pitfalls of an industry and organization has helped Trey improve growth and efficiencies.

Trey is a graduate of Texas State University, where he was active in Student Government as well the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Trey lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife Robyn and their three children.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family by serving the community, his church and being out on the water.
