Maddy is a recent graduate of Wichita State University. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, she moved to Dallas to start her career. Maddy’s passion is helping people making her a perfect candidate for the staffing and search industry. She is driven by her personal success and guiding others toward achieving their goals.

In her free time, she enjoys taking her dog Moose on walks, shopping, reading, hanging out with friends and family, rewatching her favorite TV shows, or watching the newest true-crime documentaries.
